Mr. Grasshopper from Roald Dahl's James and the Giant Peach.   This large upholstery foam mask was made for Cleveland Ohio based Signstage Theater.  He's mounted to a hardhat liner and was dyed with RIT dye.  The mouth area has detail added via airbrush.  His antennae are coolant hoses for machining.
