Bean, one of the three farmers from Roald Dahl's Fantastic Mr. Fox.  This large upholstery foam mask was made for Cleveland Ohio based Signstage Theater.  He's mounted to a bicycle helmet and was painted with a latex and acrylic mixture.  A screen covers the eyes of the actor while their mouth is visible for those who read lips.  This mask is over 30 inches tall.
