An in progress photo of a grappling hook based on the spye knife company's grapnel hook.  This is machined from aluminum, tube, rod, and plate.  Steel pins hold the tines of the hook in place.  The trigger mechanism has yet to be finished in this photo, and the correct length pins haven't been inserted.  It will be anodized when finished..
