Why change something that works? I didn't. As you'll see,
the basis for this was the "Kyle" battery that came with the
12" figure. I made a mold and casting for reference during
the project since the original was required for other uses.
Measurements were taken and scaled up. Some paper templates
were made, but quickly became more hassle then they were worth, so most
of the work was done with only numbers. I did actually do more
trial and error this way, and as you'll see later, it's quite messy
work, but the foam was cheap enough to play with.
